Hi Pondy

maybe these will do the trick and keep that grey matter at full tilt.

Build your own

Or a kit

Have fun

Thanks Val. I'll buy the second model kit. I read that the instructions are very good. I do have a multimeter, but someone has swiped my soldering iron. I think I know which of the two grandchildren has it.

The main objective is to keep the old grey matter moving. I read that one out of four Altheimer cases can be prevented by mental exercise.
I see Altheimer and other dementia cases when I visit the retirement home. And yet I know of two women in their late nineties there who are very sharp. So you can never tell, dementia is not inevitable.
According to one study, the average adult has a shorter attention span (eight seconds) than a goldfish (nine seconds).
This is not surprising in today's wired , or wified world.
