I will certainly try making it - as you say, it contains lots of healthy ingredients.
Brendan Behan once went on a lecture tour of Canada. On his arrival, a reporter asked him why he'd come to Canada. Behan replied "I saw an advert that said 'Drink Canada Dry', and I thought 'I'll try anything once!'"

I know that someone tried to sell raw milk from a farm in Ontario and the government wouldn't allow it. Unless it is pasteurized it is unhealthy. The man fought in court up to a point but lost the battle. Pasteurization of milk is there for a reason.
